Product categories
The product we propose may be classified in four categories. Each category has its own pictogram.
Here you will find an explanation of what it means.
Pure Art
Pure Art, as its name suggests, cover pieces of art that are particularly valuable and uncommon. Each piece is identified, numbered and supplied with its certificate of authenticity. They are unique or available only in very few copies, in accordance with the law on works of art (Exemple: Max 8 copies in case of sculpture, or 30 copies in case of photography).
Materials used for their realization is usually not specified, as pure art, by essence, does not fall in any category.
Buying a PureArt piece of work is taking with you a part of the artist’s soul.
Fine Art
Fineart is a category that follows strict specifications to guarantee a very long lasting time. The works in this category only use materials and processes recognized to suit archiving quality:
- Very high quality papers based on cotton, alpha cellulose or equivalent.
- Paper with no OBA (Optical Brightener Agent) or only using barium sulphate (also called baryta papers)
- Mountings using only acid free materials (papers, adhesives or any material part of the final work)
- Printed using long lasting pigment inks
- Mounted on gallery-bond
- or framed using high quality materials
With FineArt label, you have the assurance that the piece of art you acquire will shine for a very long time (100+ years according to papers and inks providers).
FineArt works are mostly provided with an hand signed authenticity certificate and produced in limited quantities (typically max 200 pieces).
Wall
Wall category focuses on mounting that will add something that bring the best to the pictures. Among other, you will find here some very original W.44 mountings like:
Glass mounting, providing a touch of luxury. This mounting brings brilliance and a particular sense of depth for a classy finish.
‘3D frame’ where the photo is face mounted on a glass using an ultra-clear adhesive, then mounted into a deep frame. This gives a modern an dynamic touch to the final work.
Piece of work under Wall category are mostly provided with an hand signed authenticity certificate and often produced in limited and numbered quantities.
Access
Access category is there to allow everybody to access art at a very affordable price. Every work proposed under Access category will cost less than one hundred euro.
Among other, you will find here very original mountings, like metallic plate, folded metal or hard posters, which have been specially developed to make street art shine.

Museum quality
This pictogram means that the paper and ink used for producing the photo are of museum quality:
- Very high quality papers based on cotton, alpha cellulose or equivalent.

Authenticity certificate
This pictograms means that a certificate of authenticity is provided with he work.
This certificate, signed by the photographer, is the warranty you by an authentic piece of art hand mounted into W.44 photo gallery workshop.
